Upstream Incentive Programs for utilities encourage manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to adopt energy-efficient practices and technologies, which ultimately benefit the end customer.
The goal is to reduce energy consumption by offering incentives such as rebates, grants, or loans.

MegaLight and our Utility Partners strive to make energy efficient discounts available to all households by providing Retailers select Energy Star® Certified home products to sell.
Participating Retailer Benefits Include:
- Discounted Retail Pricing on Energy Star® Certified Home Energy kits and products!
- Products shipped directly to your store at no cost!
- Point of Purchase signage and marketing materials provided!
- Retailer earns 100% of profit of products sold.
Retailer Requirements:
- Product to be placed in the store display and sold at discounted retail price.
- Provide a sales report by the 25th of each month using our Online Sales Portal or store POS system.
- Provide a picture of the display each quarter via Email or SMS text.
To secure your participation and acknowledgement of Retailer Requirements, please provide your required information and authorized signature.
A separate form submission is required for each of your participating locations.
