AVAILABLE POSITIONS

MegaLight, Inc. is seeking an energetic individual capable of managing current sales relationships, developing new sales territory, and developing/presenting sales proposals. This full time Account Coordinator position is based in the Hudson, Ohio office.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Prospect new and existing customers for retail and non-profit programs
  • Manage customer relationships over a multi-state region
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, and customer needs
  • Team project goals and blitz prospecting
  • Event fulfillment and event leader requirements, including cash management, sales and outreach, booth set up, and display pictures
  • Participate in strategic planning as a program and sales innovator
  • And any other tasks that are assigned

 Store Setup and Processing

  • Collect Retailer/store list via Excel file and include:
    • Store Name, Address, Phone Number
    • Decision Maker First and Last Name
    • Email Address (For Online Sales Report submission)
    • Store Status
    • Shipment Status
    • Relevant store notes

 Maintain Relationships with Existing Customers

  • Monthly courtesy calls to keep in touch with stores and receive feedback
  • Add new stores to the Upstream Lighting Program across active territories
    • Upload account information into Salesforce

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of job experience in customer service, sales, and/or marketing
  • Integrative, team working style; Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; self-motivated
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Excellent presentation skills; Customer focused mindset
